Disappointed to the max

<p> <span style="color: #555555;">I am really annoyed on 2 bases.....</span></p> <p style="color: #555555;">firstly the application I used for uber eats brought up my company address..so I assumed I was able to order and they will bring the food to my work place....how ever.....after I ordered and waiting almost 40minutes.....I was contacted by the driver and asked where I was .....I explained it to him and he said he will need to speak to head office to see what he will need to do.....I then received a call from (+44) and they asked me to explain everything....so after explaining the second time....the said they will need to mark the order as delivered.....and I didn't end up getting food cause the driver couldn't drive an extra 20mins.....again it was an application error...</p> <p style="color: #555555;">secondly....uber eats took money from my account as they had to mark it delivered and no one has contacted me further to refund my money..... I will never drive in an uber vehicle or use their application again.....</p>
