Disappointed Service

I have been using Ubereats for years and Uber in general. Today I placed an order on ubereats and the delivery guy told me his at the wrong w Address I Informed him which address was correct and then he said his to far from me Uber won't pay him to deliver he said he will contact support for me because I could not cancel the order on my side they wouldn't refund me so he suggested he will contact support. I then saw my order changed to delivered so I contacted ubereats and they telling me that the driver tried to contact me but I did not respond but I did respond and told the driver about the address so disappointed in there service. They took my R178 and I was left with no food for supper. I am deeply disappointed in there service and I will be deleting my account with them.
