Disappointed service

I am very disappointed in this company because I placed an order and it was received successfully, on the app it stated that the order was delivered but nothing came to my house kfc could also not pick up that I placed an order, cherry on top was that I have to now pay an extra Uber driver to deliver the food. Totally unacceptable for such a big company, I Will definitely talk about this experience.
