Disappointed on UBER EATS

I am so so disappointed about uber eats services, I bought food from kfc bighorn in roodepoort (jhb)paid with the card but the driver did not delivered the food address, been making numerous calls they never bothered to call me back and fix the issue nor return my money, what a huge disappointment and I am never using your stupid App and to my fellow south African when ordering on UBER EATS use cash method by all means or else you won't receive your order and you won't get any help. I want my money back or else I will continue doing these reviews till it reach the eight people if there are.
