Disappointed Loyal Customer

Placed an order with them from Grill Baby in Parow. Put in my address,look on the app n see the driver is at the wrong address. I send the driver a message saying his at the wrong spot and he tells me on his fone it shows that location but on the app says my address. I ask him to deliver the order to the address which I requested and he agrees. 5 mins later the order shows delivered on the app but I haven't recieved my order yet. I notify uber Eats and they assure me they would get back to me quickly with a answer. 6 hours and 3 more emails later still no response from them. POOR Customer service. Really disappointed.
