Disappointed first time buyer

After purchasing the order, the Uber eats sent message saying that the restaurant said I called and cancelled the order. The restaurant manager know nothing about the order and let me know Uber eats already done this to more than 9 of their customers. I waited for the food, instead received an email stating that I cancelled order when I was eagerly waiting for the food. An awful experience, especially for first time buyer. I'm skeptical about buying from Uber eats again.
