DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

I am absolutely disappointed in uber eats service. Driver run off with my order tried contacting him multiple of times without any response and what confuses me is how is the order status delivered without me giving him the pin. It was such an inconvenience on my side as I had to drive to the nearest fast food restaurant to buy food again and why should I wait that long for my refund really terrible service
