Disappointed Beyond Belief

Ordered food. I Did not hear my phone when the Uber driver called. He only called once. He did not even attempt a second call. Then he decided to not deliver my food and take it with him instead! He took a picture of the food in front of my house - as proof of delivery and posted that on the app. But when I got outside just after he left there was no food in sight!!! I will never be using them or any of their services again. Surely a second call would have been necessary? I also tried contacting the missed call number for the Uber driver and was just ignored. UberEats refuses to give me a refund or even a voucher for re-use. They say the picture the driver posted is enough evidence????? and that not more than one call is needed? On what planet do they live?
