Disappointed and frustrated in uber eats

I was very disappointed I ordered KFC on the uber eats i received my order and when I opened the bag the mash and gravy had spilled over the whole contents of the bag I reported the issue immediately and received no response I then re posted my issue and they returned with we are unable to refund you as her is a 48 hour time limit i don't agree with that as i did report it immediately with picture evidence i am very disappointed and after years of being a loyal customer they do this i do not accept the outcome and demand they look in to this issue i have all the evidence and yet i was denied IM NOT HAPPY
