Disappointed and dissatisfaction customer

I ordered food from Nandis Menlyn and Ocean basket The Grove through Uber eats today at 17h00 , The monet was deducted but food was not delivered. I tried calling them but they didn't even up. I tried their help section, I was ignored. I went to Ocean basket to enquire about my order, the Uber food deliveries did pick up my order but didn't deliver. The guy at the till gave me the details of the Uber eat food guy that picked up the food but when I tried to report, no one was helpful not evenUber eats itself. They didnt respond to my text. What kind of people who employ the services of dishonest people. I fact it's day time *******. It was a lot of money. I don't trust Uber eats. We work hard for our monies only to taken advantage off. I am so disappointed and really angry. After so many messages, they didn't even respond. The audacity of ghis people. Uber eats is a disgrace. I will never use them again. I hope the person gets what he deserves
