Disappointed and angry

I placed an order and noticed that I used the wrong address for the delivery, long story short, I communicated with the driver 20 minutes before the delivery and he still delivered at the wrong address and even sent me a picture of my order delivered at the wrong address and had the nerve to tell me to enjoy my order. Now Uber does not want to refund me because they say that the driver delivered the food and still waited 8 mins for me even after I told him that the address was wrong and I even sent him a live location and the address. Of course, he is gonna wait longer than 8 minutes because the address was wrong. All I wanted was either a refund or even just the order to be delivered to the correct address, I mean I was even willing to tip the driver if he had delivered it to the live location. The driver's name is George I just didn't get the registration of his ride. Never been this disappointed in Ubereats
