Disappointed

I ordered kfc via Uber eats But I always pay in cash when the driver gets here So the driver delivered the food Gave him the total

As soon as he left it stated on my Uber eats that I never paid And whenever I wanna place an order they tell me that before I can order anything I should settle the amount i already gave the driver

How do I go about correcting this?
