Disappointed

I have an issue with Uber eats, i ordered on the 2nd at Jabulani Kfc in Soweto, the driver made me wait after cancelled when he was about to pick up the order, then they start requesting for another driver which added to my wait time, i had to cancel because i was leaving that night, i explained to ubers customer care however i have not gotten any response but i was charged for food that didnt even leave KFC
