Disappointed ☹️

I have using Uber eats for quite a long time. Last week I ordered a cake, they delivered on time with a sweet delivery guy. Shock of my life!! The cake was crusty and didn’t taste fresh. Not moist at all. The texture tasted like rubber and hard. I logged a complaint and Uber eats tells me they can’t do anything about it. The cake pieces were expensive….almost R300!! I’m done with them
