Disappointed

I ordered kfc via Uber eats, paid using my card. The driver sent me a text on the app that he had arrived and I immediately rep**** with the delivery instructions. The driver read my text but didn’t follow the instructions, I sent another text still he read with no reply. Then he completed the order without me receiving my order. When I enquired about my order I was told that I am not eligible for refund, because the driver followed the uber eats instructions. 😭😭😭the drivers name was Jayden. I was so disappointed 😢
