Disappeared with my food at my expense!!!

I ordered Wimpy from UberEats at 9am on 19 Feb 2019. When I submitted the order, I gave very spesific instructions on directions to my door. Almost 90 min later the driver calls saying I must feych my food from the security gate cause they dont want to let him in, but this was because he gave the wrong details. So another 30 min passed and the driver dissappeared, marking my items as delivered at 10:15. Its 3.5 hours later, I still dont have my food but I cannot get hold of anyone interested in hesting my story in refunding me my damn money!! He disappeared and probably ate my food at my expense, not bothered to contact me after I sent him 3 messages. How can you mark something as delivered but its not close to the truth???? Pathetic place! I will be going back to Mr Delivery! Lying cheating staff!
