Difficulties logging a refund.

I ordered a meal from McDonald's. When the driver arrived the whole coffee was spilled. He told me to report it, now they want an image of the spilled items but I don't have a picture. As this is my first time experiencing this and the driver didn't explain. I paid for something I never drank
