Didn't receive order and was refunded R45.99 for items that cost R146.00

I ordered 2 x drinks to the value of R146.00 which I did not receive. I immediately raised the issue with UberEats and was refunded R45.99. That's R100.01 less than what I paid. The feedback I received was that they assessed the situation and refunded what they thought was acceptable. How do you get to R45.99 when nothing i ordered came to that amount. You are a *******.
