didnt receive order

i placed an order on the 22 July 2025 . the uber guy called me saying he has arrived with my order he asked for the pin i gave him coz that what we normally do because our orders here at my work place are being left at the reception, to my surprise 5 min later when i went downstairs to check for my order i couldn't find it . i tried calling uber to connect me to the driver, i hold until my lunch was over, i tried to write to uber eat without any success i am so hurt since this was my last money i didnt eat anything that day, i would like my refund
