Didn't receive my order

Yesterday 30 November 2024 I ordered food from kfc using Ubereats, I didn't get my phone and worse part I didn't get to speak to driver, she was able to type but I couldn't type back on my end as it didn't allow me, I'm really hurt and disappointed coz my kids didn't get their food yesterday 😢, worse part of it all driver is taking a picture of food delivered at a door step at a near by pick n pay complex door not my door. When I try to complain they are telling me that they won't refund or send my delivery.
