Didn’t receive my food from McDonald Avonwood

I placed an order from McDonald’s (Avonwood) at 11:44 using the Uber Eats app, and I still have not received my food. The app shows that the driver is not moving, and despite multiple attempts to call, the call rings briefly and goes straight to voicemail. I also tried submitting a complaint through the app but have received no response. This level of service is unacceptable, I have paid for an order that has not been delivered, with no communication or assistance provided. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately. Please either ensure my order is delivered without further delay or issue a full refund right away.
