Didn’t get my food

I ordered food and mistakenly added the wrong address. After noticing this I tried to get a hold of the driver and also texted him my correct address. He said that he can’t make it to my shared address and proceeded to the wrong one. He then waited at the wrong address for 8 minutes and marked the order as delivered. Ubereats is refusing to refund me or give me a credit even after I’ve shown them our chat history when he said he can’t make it to my address. I didn’t get my food nor a credit or refund and that is unfair. So disappointed with their service
