Did not receive my order

I ordered food with McDonalds via Ubereats. The order was to be delivered at 1pm. Waited for my order until 1:30pm. Logged onto my ubereats account to check where my order was and it reflected "delivered". Mind you, I had already paid through the App. Called both McD and Uber eats and I was referred to ubereats's support team and did that, and now it's 3:05pm and I am still waiting for feedback. I just want my money back. This is so upsetting and inconvenient.
