Did not get order - Order was left in a random place

Good day, I ordered today on Uber Eats from Burger King Brackenfell - order Order #DF851. The guy phoned me, when I picked up he put down. i was standing at the gate for a whole 10 minutes, even before he was 2 minutes away. He did not come to our gate, he left the order on some trailer somewhere in the surrounds as per the picture on the app.

I paid for the order, but did not get it. Please refund me
