Despicable "service" from Über eats

On Friday 22/06/2018, we've ordered eat-out foods to the value of R500 from RocoMama's in Hazeldean. After waiting for hours and numerous phone calls, Über deemed it fit to inform us that the order was cancelled from their side due to the fact that they could not find a driver to do the delivery. I find it absolutely unacceptable that Über failed to notify us of the problem.
