Despicable service from Uber eats

I ordered at the Diepkloof KFC via the Uber eats app. I waited outside for the order at the estimated time. I sat in the car and waited because it was raining. The delivery time kept changing because of the weather. The app then said Delivered yet the driver didn't even arrive. I tried contacting the driver via the app but no response. I contacted Uber eats and told they won't refund because they followed procedure. What ****en procedure because I waited at the gate. Worst service ever and won't recommend to anyone who is not using it already
