Despicable service

I placed an order on Ubereats for a platter for 2 at Ocean basket killarney. Which amounted to R492 and overall cost including delivery was R521. However the order I received was completely wrong and looked like someone had picked on the food. The order was meant to contain 12 prawns, 6 mussels, 2 hakes, rice and chips. But I was appalled by what I received. The order contained 6 prawns, 2 mussels and 1 hake with a salad. Which was completely wrong.

I request help for Ubereats support and they just said they would refund me R147. Which is absurd seeing that it’s not even half of my order amount.

They were completely inconsiderate of appalling service and food I received especially after paying so much just to have a decent meal.

Ubereats services it’s despicable and appalling.
