**** delivery(Food Not delivered)

My order did not arrive the driver did not wait long enough and did not come to the door of my building he just buzzed me and took a picture of my food left outside in the middle of town in the CBD, how do you leave food outside when the delivery address is open and there is a receptionist. when I called in back as soon as he bussed me he did not answer my calls. No you guys are saying you cant refund because the driver waited where did he wait on the streets and not at the delivery so where was I supposed to meet him on the streets not at the door of the building.
