Delivery too slow

the service is extremely slow. it is the second time now. ordered from restuarants both were 2km away in different times and chose standard delivery was estimated to be 15 - 20min. but orders took more than an hour. on one occasion it took almost an hour and a half. I almost regreted as I was ordering for the children to eat. worst service.
