delivery times

last time I'm making use of this App , i think it is unfair on customers that drivers cancel the trip as they wish add extra delay on times this is the 3rd time it has happened and the first time they canceled my order , how the food gets delivered to the customer is very important as the food needs to stay warm. time delays with a addition 30 mins is unacceptable , this is misleading as times are given according to how long the food takes to be prepared and how long the driver takes to get to my gate and should not be change due to drivers canceling trips, Uber Eats should have a closer look at this as this isnt the first time that this happened to me
