Delivery that never arrived

Yesterday I ordered food on Uber eats, so I kept on checking how far my delivery was and it was on its way and the app said 1 min away, it doesn't even take 10 minutes to get to my house from the store I chose and the app was still saying 1 min away for more than 15 min, then the next thing I was asked to rate but I didn't get my food. The delivery never arrived which I reported immediately that I didnt receive my food, a day later I'm still waiting for them to get back to me, tried to get hold of them telephonically with no luck. The inconvenience and disrespect caused by the #ubereats driver is just on another level, his name is Siboniso and he drives Hyundai accent, grey in color. Uber eats is just taking this lightly and I want my money back because clearly he took the food for himself
