Delivery partner leave with food - caught on camera

An Uber delivery partner was meant to deliver my order on Saturday. He called and I was unable to take the call. I then saw that the order was marked as delivered on the app and the was a photo of the order by my neighbour’s gate.

I asked to daughter to go get the order and there was nothing. I rewinded my street camera to see where the food went. I saw the Uber delivery partner putting the parcel down, taking a photo and putting it back in his scooter. I shared this footage with Uber.

I highlighted this to Uber Eats and they said the guy followed policy (so policy allowed him to leave with the order). They are allowed to get away with de*****ing us - and this is policy.

Thankfully for me, the restaurant replaced my order, but I had to go a fetch it myself.
