Delivery of food was damaged.

I placed two orders r on ubereats at burger King tokai. My first food order arrived late and cold, my cooldrink had no gas in it. My second order was delivered damaged and drained in cooldrink. The driver took it back but I've received no confirmation that my order has been canceled. The first order had a special buy 1get 1 free and I added a comment for the store to check that the special Wil be given with order but received no reply.
