Delivery Not Received / Driver Stole Package

The UberEats drivers are running a ****. For the second time in under a year i didn't receive my orders. I live in a complex and if there's a slight delay in collecting your order at the gate or trouble connecting to you via their calling system, they pretend as if they left the order outside the complex and take a photo in a location with a view of the complex. But they don't leave it, they take it with them and UberEats automatically reveals it on the app as delivered. They could easily leave the order with security if I as the customer take too long to respond or pick up. Reaching the driver is a mission since the number linked to my app is not the same one i use for calling, and reporting the incident on the app is also a mission because its a tedious process that doesn't really allow you talk to an agent from UberEats. I want my money back.
