Delivery not received but paid for. Bad service.

Ordered food and paid. Been waiting for the driver to arrive. I've put in instructions because I was waiting outside for the delivery. Then saw on the app that my food has been delivered. To who because I'm outside?. Called the driver by the name Dumisani who just did not care. He **** and said he was waiting outside and the security refused to take the order. No where did I ask him to leave the order at the security because I was literally waiting outside. The order had a delivery pin. How did the driver access that because I'm the one who was supposed to give him. Uber eats is the worst.
