Delivery never arrived. It was dropped at some street

My experience with Uber eats since moving to joburg has been terrible. They got the last 4 deliveries wrong but the last one never arrived. My app never updated driver information nor did I receive a call. The next thing order has been completed with a photo of a parking lot when I am staying in an access controlled area with security. From the photo I cannot tell the place the order was delivered. Apparently the order is not eligible for refund. I have learned my lesson. I would never use Uber eats again especially in the edenvale area. I have always used Uber eats in Capetown and never had issues. This is unacceptable how can you leave food in the middle of nowhere. Outside a complex with thousands of people.
