Delivery issues

I am starting to down this company, and the lack of customerservice when we report these drivers that are doing what they want.

1. I ordered Nandos in collet drive, the driver who has collect delivery fees did not deliver my order, but uber eats cant assist with this issue, the driver put the food on the floor and just took a picture

2. I ordered chicken licken in Centurion, paid via card, and the driver cancelled the order and there is no way of reporting this on the app, and i am told that the funds will be deposited in 3 days, how about you credit my uber wallet
