Delivery Guy did not deliver the food item

The worst unprofessional and no communication service I ordered food under Pedros restaurant Woodstock today 27 September 2022 the order was suppose to be delivered at 13:00 but the delivery guy by the name of Eric never followed the instructions of coming inside the premises and ask at the reception instead he marked the food delivered on the app and left with my food without delivering escalated the matter on the uber eats app but still the matter has not been resolved
