Delivery food not delivered

Me and my wife ordered food, the driver got lost yet he was by the other street. I sent him messages to say we are by the complex next to the street he is at and he rep**** by saying he doesn’t know the street. I sent him a message with the full address and went out to meet him and finally when I was there he drove off with our food UBER EATS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING because we had payed for the food I will never use them again
