I hope all is well, I'm having a problem with Uber eats and I need your help. I ordered food at mcDonalds through Uber eats and didn't receive my food (beef sharebag) worth R399.80, when I spoke to the driver for delivery instructions since the address was incorrect, the distance from where he was to my address was 4min ( 1.7km) to arrival, he said to me that he doesn't have a licence and the JMPD blocked the road, in that case he won't be able to deliver food to my address even after changing it on my app, i have tried contacting Uber eats and mcdonalds to help me with refunding my money on my uber app since i want to order food from a different store. A lady at McDonalds tried assisting me but it seems like uber eats is the problem here.
