Delivery canceled after almost 2 hours

I placed an order 4pm and at 5:45 order gets canceled no refund can't even see in my past orders where the order is as it was cancel get contacted by the delivery guy asking for my address geofry and then he disapeard and then order canceled what type of service is this I will be reaching out to uber for my refund and will never recommend this to anyone and want my account deleted I will never use them again pathetic is a understatement
