Delivery

I specifically requested that my driver have a passport because they would not be let in if they were not. I also not have a car and cannot get to the gate because it is far. The driver did not deliver our food even after we told him to give our food to another driver at the gate, but he didn't. I also did not get a refund for my order. I can't get any assistance from the app.. it's just trash service all around.
