Delivered to incorrect address

I ordered food from Aneesas Take aways yesterday 21st October 2024, saw the driver was almost at my premises went outside as it said your driver has arrived. there was no driver outside as i waited. after about 5 mins I receive a msg with a picture attached the food was delivered and a picture of the food lying inside a gate. I tried contacting the driver a few times no answer. I logged a complaint I am told the drivere waited 8mins and just left the food. after I viewed the picture I could clearly see that it was not my address neither the unit number listed on Uber, but uber still refuses to refund my money. The absolute worse service and the fact that you cant phone or email them makes it worse.
