Delete your Uber app!

We ordered sushi on 28 December 2024. On arrival we did not accept the food delivery from the driver. When taking the food out of his delivery bag, he caused for all the sushi to fall into one corner of the container and then used his hands to push the food back into the container before I could take a photo of the incident! We contacted Uber (almost impossible process) and they simply declined our request for a refund, instructing us to "let the merchant know about this experience". We spent +- R500, which we now have to 'write off' due to this service provider just not caring about customer experience.
