Deducted funds

You deducted funds from my account when I was placing an order at chicken licken. Then additional funds for my order and delivery were deducted again. What was the first deduction for? I tweeted about it and even DM'd the details but it's been over 2 weeks and you are now ghosting me. How should I trust your app going forward if you just deduct funds from my account without any specific reasons?
