Debited my account with out authorized access

I will never use Ubereats again. I order Kfc on the 22nd of July 22 I paid the driver cash. On the 30th of July 22 they debited my bank account with the same amount of R 239 when I finally got hold of them on the 1st of August I was told sorry we can not refund you as this happened more the 48hours ago. It is a sjit excuse as the have all the supporting documents and transactions you are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and I think to myself how many people have you ****** like this because there is no contact no on the app nothing no way of communication the guy from kfc assist me with a number only to be told I need to do it thru the app.
