Debited but order cancelled by the store.

I tried to oder Debonairs pizza around 11 in the morning on the 20th of December 2020My order was canceled and it indicates that I have not been charged. I ordered From Thesis as well. The same thing happened. R205. 40 was debited from my debit card. Until date I haven't received my money back. This is totally unacceptable.
