Ubereats is a rip-off to its customers, I was charged twice for an order I placed and there was no option to cancel after placing the order, reported this to UberEats on their useless app (since they don’t have any contact number, wonder why), only to be told there is nothing they can do. This app is a joke and should be banned from operating in SA as it is ripping people off and is an easy way to ***** from the market. Pathetic, useless and appalling team who have no customer service s****s at all. Won’t ever be making use of this app again.
