Shocking.. I placed an order on my Uber Eats app on Saturday for pedros Montclair. The store only had part order and when I contacted them they advised they notified Uber Eats immediately. I tried contacting Uber Eats and the contact number said they not set up in my area and I should contact the help Centre. No one has phoned me back when my claim was submitted they messages to say they cannot pick up my order or payment. REALLY... I have sent them a copy of my bank statement as well as my proof of purchase from pedros.. And still they say they cannot pick up my transaction.. I know it's a small amount but it the ethics behind this.
