I made a purchase on the 24th and payment was received. You then proceeded to double debit me. I have said to you numerous times that my bank told me that both these amounts have gone off. You continue to tell me that’s no right and I have covered all my bases. You then tell me to wait 3 to 5 working days but the money still hasn’t reversed. Please tell me what shady business you are running.
